Orders & Formation

Your order consists of an offer that USA Professor may accept. An order is only binding once we have confirmed it (via email or in your account).

Information on our website, such as prices, availability, and product details, may change without prior notice. We are not obliged to deliver items that are clearly mispriced or incorrectly listed.

Prices & Payment

All prices are in USD and include applicable fees where required. Prices do not include local taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction.

Payments are processed manually after checkout. We will send payment instructions by email. Your order will be processed only after payment has been received and verified.

Shipping & Delivery

We only deliver to addresses within the United States. Orders placed before 3:00 PM with payment received are shipped the same business day.

You will receive a tracking code for your order. If your package has not arrived within 7 business days, please contact us so we can investigate.

Withdrawal & Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without stating a reason. This right of withdrawal does not apply to chemicals once they are opened or used.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are for your account. We will refund the purchase amount (excluding return shipping) after we receive the returned item.

Legal Use & Compliance

All products are intended strictly for laboratory, research, and non‑human‑use purposes. They are not medicines, food, supplements, or cosmetics.

You are responsible for checking whether your country or state allows possession and use of the products you order. We will remove any product that is banned in the USA as soon as we become aware of it.

Liability & No Warranty

All products are sold “as is” for research use only. While we test and analyze our materials, we do not warrant fitness for any particular purpose.

USA Professor is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, handling, or misuse of our products. By ordering, you assume full responsibility for their safe use.

Your order is officially placed once we send an order confirmation email (or via account status). Until then, there is no binding agreement.

You may return unused, unopened, and undamaged chemicals within the legal cooling‑off period, in the original packaging and sealed condition. Return shipping costs are for your account, and we will refund the product amount after receipt.

You, as the buyer, are responsible for your local laws. We will remove any product if it is banned in the USA, but laws may vary in other jurisdictions.

You are solely responsible for the safe and lawful use of all chemicals you purchase. USA Professor disclaims liability for any harm, legal issues, or other consequences arising from misuse.
