Our returns policy is designed to be fair and clear. Please read the conditions below before you ship anything back.
Right of Withdrawal
Consumers making online purchases are entitled to a 14‑day cooling‑off period after delivery of the product. Within this period, you may return a product without stating a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. The product must then be returned within the next 14 days.
Condition of the Product
The product must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in the same condition as when shipped to you.
- In original, sealed packaging (no visible damage or writing).
- Together with all accessories and labels.
Opened, damaged, or clearly used products are not eligible for return or refund.
Before the Order Has Shipped
As long as your order has not yet been paid, packaged, or shipped, you can cancel it by sending an email. No return shipment is required in such cases.
After the Order Has Shipped
When you have received your order and wish to return it:
- Send an email first and clearly state your intention to return the product.
- We will confirm whether you qualify for a return and send return instructions.
A product will only be accepted as return if it arrives in the same condition as it left our warehouse.
Refunds & Costs
The costs and risk of returning the product are your responsibility. In most cases, the total amount paid will be refunded to your original payment method within 30 days after we receive and inspect your return.
We may reduce the amount to be credited if:
- The product is damaged by the user or in transit back to us.
- The packaging is not in original, sealed condition.
Refusing a Delivery
If you refuse your order or do not clearly indicate that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal within the agreed period, we may not be able to determine why you rejected it.
In such cases, you may be charged not only for the order but also for additional shipping and handling costs.
When Returns Are Not Accepted
Returns are not accepted if:
- The product has been opened, used, or shows clear signs of use.
- The product or packaging is damaged.
- You did not notify us within the 14‑day window.
- The product is not returned within the second 14‑day period.
